지난주 사내 공지로 올라온 인수 뉴스이다.
Sundyne이라는 콜로라도를 베이스로하는 펌프, 압축기 업체로 우리와 밀접한 관계가 있는 업체이다.
한국 OEM에 있을 땐 경쟁사였고, EPC에 있을땐 주요 vendor였던 업체로 나는 펌프보다는 압축기쪽으로 더 일을 많이 했었다.
1970년부터 업을 시작했다니 나름역사는 있는 곳이고 대략 $200M 정도의 revenue를 가지고 있는 vendor로 우리에게는 사업의 다각화와 주요 프로세스 기기들을 같이 공급할 수 있는 기회가 될 수 있을 것이다.
